Excellent Stay!
perfect location spacious room great service
I definitely recommend this place. The location is perfect. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast tasted great and was good value (especially the pancakes!). Constantine at the bar offered great customer service to every customer.
The room did not have an extraction fan, so condensation was a real issue.

Staff members were friendly and helpful during the entire stay. Amanda offered warm and friendly meal service during breakfast. Constantine at the bar provided excellent service, remembering our orders.

The building has amazing architecture. The hotel is very centrally located, with access to shops. It is easy to visit many attractions, art galleries and restaurants in the area on foot.

spacious room coffee facilities friendly staff central location
the double room was spacious and well kept. i liked the tea and coffee making facilities in the room. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially when i needed assistance with my luggage. i appreciated the hotel's central location near cafes and restaurants.
the hot water took a little while to reach the tap in the bathroom.

breakfast was excellent, offering many choices to start the day well, i was particularly impressed with the selection of cereals and pastries on offer. the breakfast buffet provided fresh ingredients. it ensured a satisfying meal.

the staff at reception were cute. they looked after my luggage until check-in time, i found this service very convenient as i was able to explore the surrounding area. friendly and helpful staff.

Reasonable experience overall
central location friendly staff extractor fan missing plugs
The location of the accommodation was quite central. It allowed easy walks to several points of interest. I found the staff to be super friendly and helpful at all times. I am GRATEFUL.
I experienced some noise in my room. A large kitchen extractor fan was located just outside the window. This situation was UNBEARABLE even with the window closed. there were no plugs next to the bed on both sides.

expensive drink prices no charging points
The breakfast included soft towels and a good choice.
The car park space cost an extra £15 per night. I thought it should be free for hotel guests! The drink prices were expensive, and there were no charging points for mobiles at the bedside tables.
